📢 Staff Wanted: Warehouse Assistant
Location: Jeddah
Job Type: Full-Time, Iqama must be transferable.
We are looking for a Warehouse Assistant who can manage a mix of office and warehouse duties. The ideal candidate will be organized, proactive, and comfortable with both warehouse and clerical tasks.
✅ Key Responsibilities (but not limited to):
• Assist the logistics/dispatch team:
o Print invoices and hand them over to the Logistics Manager
o Check items against invoices before loading
o Collect invoices after delivery and update data in Excel
• Issue Credit Notes for sales returns or rejected items
• Issue Debit Notes for purchase returns or supplier rejections
• Handle Branch Orders and prepare stock transfer vouchers
• Maintain and update reports for Expired, near-expiry, and damaged items
• Conduct interim physical inventory when required
• Maintain accurate data using Odoo ERP and MS Excel
• Perform any other tasks assigned by management
🛠️ Requirements:
• Proficiency in Odoo ERP and Microsoft Excel
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure
• Basic communication skills
• Warehouse or logistics experience preferred
